Once we have agreed on the deliverables, we prepare a scope of the project - be it for your website, app or creatives.
We create a proposal for the project, based on our discussions, for us to start work on the project.
Once we have started on the work, a Project Manager is assigned. Regular follow up meetings for the project are held for us to keep working on the same direction.
